  3. I hate to tell you, but you can’t blame the (recent) economy for the 1/2 built projects in Mex. I’ve lived in San Diego for years, and Mexico has had the same 1/2 finished developments since I was a wee kid.

    You may find that these semi-completed resorts, hotels, homes and factories continue all the way down the peninsula.
